Individual Therapy
In various stages of life, we may experience periods where it seems that undesired events and overwhelming emotions occur more frequently. During these chaotic moments, we might feel a loss of personal power and a diminished sense of control over our lives. However, just like the moon, each phase has its unique beauty.
Therapy provides a valuable resource to help us embrace every phase, harness our inner strengths, and gradually regain a sense of empowerment and control. Through regular weekly or biweekly hour-long sessions, clients have the opportunity to explore the chaos, unpack their experiences, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace.
In our collaborative sessions, our focus will be on identifying your unique strengths and goals. I believe that each individual possesses inherent strengths that can be harnessed to promote growth and peace. Drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based therapies, I take an integrated approach to therapy, incorporating various techniques and modalities to best address your individual needs.
